We had strong luxury home sales in the month of July for Southlake, Texas. There were a total of 19 luxury homes sold at or over $1 million in July. This compares to just 16 luxury homes sold in June, 2020. Sales have steadily improved throughout 2020 as luxury home buyers have recognized that working from home in midst of luxury is even better than working from home without luxury with the COVID pandemic. Our available luxury home inventory has declined. Interest rates are at all time lows. Buyer psychology has improved as people look towards end of the pandemic soon.
