Sales year to date (YTD) 2017
Summer continued to be strong for luxury home sales in University Park Texas. The luxury market over $1 Million has stayed strong this year, with 142 homes priced about $1,000,000 sold so far (till September 2017). The cheapest luxury home was sold for $1,000,000 and the most expensive home was sold for $4,550,000.
The most active subdivision was University Heights with roughly half of the sales so far this year. Other subdivisions with most homes sold are:
Caruth Hills
Idlewild
Preston Place
Armstrong Fairway
Westminister Place
Half of the luxury homes sold so far have sold for more than $1,500,000.
Half of the luxury homes sold so far were built after year 2000 which indicates that the market for older homes continues to be strong.
Active Listings
Inventory in the University Park is stable, with 117 active homes. The most expensive home currently listed is priced at $5,495,000.
Pending Sales
There are 14 additional homes pending sale with half of the pending homes listed below $1,500,000.
