August 2017 Frisco New Home Sales recorded 38 sales. Low inventory of resale homes has builders scrambling to keep up with the demand. Builders don’t even have many spec homes to sell, most are under contract. For last few years now new home sales have been growing in Frisco Texas because of demand for great Frisco ISD schools. A number of national reputable businesses like Toyota are relocating to Plano near Frisco which are causing an increase in demand from Toyota employee families relocating to Dallas metro area.
