August 2017 Coppell New Home Sales recorded 8 sales. Low inventory of resale homes has builders scrambling to keep up with the demand. Builders don’t even have many spec homes to sell, most are under contract. For last few years now new home sales have been growing in Coppell Texas because of demand for great Coppell ISD schools. A number of national reputable businesses like McKesson, Cognizant and Gartner are relocating to Las Colinas near Coppell which are causing an increase in demand from families relocating to Dallas metro area.
