Sales to Date 2017
Summer continued to be strong for luxury home sales in Southlake Texas. The luxury market over $1 Million has stayed strong this year, with 88 homes priced about $1,000,000 sold so far (till September 2017), with buyers trending mainly (over two-third of sales) towards newer homes built after 2005. The cheapest home was sold for $1,000,000 and the most expensive home was sold for $2,998,000. The most active subdivision was Carillon with 15 sales out of 88 so far this year. A small fraction of the 2017 sales (9) were priced over $1.5 Million. The Carillon subdivision of Southlake Texas has sold at the fastest pace, followed by Shady Oaks, Timarron and Estes Park
