Dallas housing market remained strong in April 2016. Prices remain steady with moderate increases. However, inventory levels remain relatively stable and low, which has helped to buoy prices and days on market over the past several months. The average home price in Dallas rose 3.6% to $324,083 — up from $312,851 in 2015. Median home prices jumped 6.9% year-over-year to $265,000, according to data obtained from North Texas Real Estate Information Service.The days on market decreased by almost 4.8% compared to March.
